Rookie wide receiver Alshon Jeffery (hand) remained out of practice for the start of the fourth week in a row and remains an “unlikely” for Sunday and the Houston Texans.

Defensive linemen Israel Idonije (knee), Henry Melton (back) and Matt Toeaina (calf) all were limited in Wednesday’s full-pads practice.

The Texans had three starters miss practice: nose tackle Shaun Cody (ribs), tight end Owen Daniels (back) and wide receiver Kevin Walter (groin). All three started in Houston’s win last Sunday over the Buffalo Bills.

Pro Bowl cornerback Johnathan Joseph (quad) and Pro Bowl defensive end Antonio Smith (ankle) were limited in practice, while running back Arian Foster was held out on coaches’ decision.
