Phillips not the Gold Glove winner?

Brandon Phillips was considered by some as the favorite for the Gold Glove among NL second basemen, but the Reds veteran apparently is not taking home the award this year:
If that tweet is to be believed, does that mean Cubs second baseman Darwin Barney is the winner? It's down to either Barney or Arizona's Aaron Hill.
Back in September, Phillips -- who won the award in 2008, '10 and '11 --
told Patrick Mooney he feels like he should win the Gold Glove.
"I feel like the Gold Glove is mine to stay until somebody beats me to it," Phillips said, before going on to explain he was "too busy winning" to take notice of Barney's record-tying errorless streak.
