Wide receiver Alshon Jeffery already has been ruled out, but he and reserve cornerback Sherrick McManis (questionable, hip) are the only significant health issues confronting the Bears going into Monday’s game against the Detroit Lions.

Receiver/returner Devin Hester finished the week as “probable” with a quad injury, as is linebacker/special teams leader Blake Costanzo (thumb).

The Lions are not quite so healthy.

They will be without cornerback Jacob Lacey (concussion), and cornerback Bill Bentley is doubtful with a shoulder strain. The defense may have taken another hit Saturday when defensive tackle Corey Williams, who was limited in practice Thursday and Friday with a knee injury, did not practice at all on Saturday and is questionable.

All other hurting Lions are listed as probable, including defensive end Cliff Avril (back), safety Louis Delmas (knee) and linebacker Stephen Tulloch (knee), all key starters on a defense that has not been dominant this year.

Tight end Brandon Pettigrew and wide receiver Titus Young both were limited in practice with knee problems.
